Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing OttKeys.IN for your digital subscriptions and license key activations. Because we deal in digital products (intangible vouchers and retail codes), standard physical return rules do not apply.

1. Replacement Guarantee

All digital products purchased from OttKeys.IN come with a 100% activation guarantee. If an activation retail code fails, behaves abnormally, or the subscription is not activated correctly, we will provide a working replacement key/account details completely free of charge.

2. Refund Windows

Refunds are only eligible under the following specific conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If the key or activation code has not been delivered within 24 hours of purchase verification.
• Defective Code: If the retail activation key is proven to be invalid or already used, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement key within 48 hours of your report.
• Out of Stock: If you paid for a custom order that goes out of stock before fulfillment.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

We cannot issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• You bought the incorrect product, operating system edition, or subscription tier (e.g. purchasing Windows 10 Home key when your system runs Windows 10 Enterprise).
• You simply changed your mind after the digital code was delivered or account activation details were shared.
• Your software does not meet the hardware compatibility requirements of your PC.
